Our commitment

Electra Visibility Lab is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and to support applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), where those requirements apply.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We review our content and interactions as the site evolves and welcome feedback that helps us identify barriers.

How we design for access

• Keyboard navigation: Interactive elements are intended to be reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators and logical focus order.
• Screen-reader support: We use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text to help assistive technologies communicate page structure and purpose.
• Alternative text: Meaningful images receive alternative text, while decorative imagery is marked so it can be skipped by assistive technology.
• Text and contrast: We work to provide readable type, sufficient contrast, scalable text, and layouts that remain usable when content is enlarged.
• Motion and responsiveness: Pages are designed to work across screen sizes, and animations respect a visitor’s reduced-motion preference where supported.

Known limitations

Some pages or third-party services may not yet provide a fully equivalent accessible experience. Embedded tools, scheduling flows, and external content are operated by their respective providers and may have limitations outside our direct control. We are working to identify and address issues as they are reported or discovered.

Helpful details include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the technology or browser you were using, and the nature of the issue. We will review your report and work to provide an accessible alternative or reasonable accommodation.
